Full rules are available in-app under How to Play from the home screen or the in-game menu (☰). Quick version:

2–10 players pass one phone around.
Guess whether the next card is Higher/Lower (number cards) or Red/Black (face cards), or call Joker.
Guess wrong, pay the penalty your group picked (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, sips, plank, or your own custom rule).

Camera/photo picker doesn't open for avatars: check that Dare Dare Dare has Camera and Photo Library permission under iOS Settings → Privacy.
Online room won't connect: online play requires an internet connection for all players; offline mode (pass-and-play on one device) always works without wifi.
Want to reset scores mid-game: use the ☰ menu → Reset Game. This keeps your player names, avatars, and punishment choice but deals a fresh deck and wipes penalty counts.
